Quick Facts About the Program

  • Career Outlook

Coaches with heightened skills and a higher level of mastery will possess the confidence needed to create fully customized programs for all clients, even CEOs and other C-Suite level executives. This increased diversity, flexibility, and assurance in their abilities will allow a coach to walk into virtually any situation and begin coaching, a quality not found at the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level. Advanced training can also help a professional coach meet the education requirements needed to obtain a Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential from the International Coach Federation (ICF), or provide the core competency and continuing coach education required to maintain that credential.

  • What Will I Learn?

This program is designed to provide grounding and greatly expanded growth in all areas where master coaches excel. Coaches will leave the course having achieved the ability to understand the science underpinning coaching; engage in deep self-awareness that allows for effective self-management as a coach; co-create a clear and significant context for coaching with the coachee; partner deeply to create a self-coach in the coachee; hear and absorb the cumulative nature of what the coachee presents; listen within a science and system construct that allows the coach to immediately hear and reflect the coachee’s potential core patterns; listen within a system construct that allows the coach to assist the coachee to relate important situational, relational, and being elements together to effect forward movement; co-create a deep and evolving learning and development platform with the coachee which allows multiple levels and dimensions of forward movement; confidently customize their methodology and skill set in every coaching situation; hold a coachee’s complete coaching process even when the coachee struggles; and move beyond helping coachees solve problems to helping every coachee become a sustainable self-coach with greater achievement capacity in every aspect of their work and life.

  • How Will I Benefit From UM's Program?

Our program is taught by a small, elite group of instructors who have earned the MCC credential and are highly adept at leading other coaches toward that same level of mastery. Participants will deepen every aspect of their ICF core competencies, allowing them to coach with greater efficiency, more confidence, and more customization. In addition to the growth of the skill set, participants also earn 88 hours of continuing coaching education which can be used toward the achievement of their own MCC credential.

  • Is This Program Right For Me?

Our program is taught via tele-class, and is the perfect fit for busy coaches who don’t have time for in-person training but who value the colloquium-based design of a program that allows for deep conversations on coaching. Participants also receive 16 hours of small-group mentor coaching, and have access to an exclusive resource library which includes coaching tapes, reading lists, and references to books, films, and videos related to specific aspects of the coaching profession.
